Nutritional therapy involves adapting your diet to provide optimum nutrition for you as an individual, taking into account your goals and any current health conditions. It is the practice of using foods and nutrients to enable our body to 'treat itself', rather than use orthodox drugs, which often treat the symptom rather than the cause.

Initial consultation - 1 hour £50, 90 minutes and over, £65
This includes taking a detailed diet and health history. You will receive a 7-day eating plan to enhance and improve health and diet, based on what you want to achieve, as well as food tables detailing what should/should not be eaten.
Follow up appointments - 45 minutes £40, 1 hour, £50
Weight loss consultation (1 hour) £30 per hour
Optional weigh in and measurements, healthy calorie-controlled 7-day eating plan provided in conjunction with realistic, achievable weight loss goals.
Diet make-over (1 hour) £40 per hour
Following analysis of your current eating habits from a completed food diary, I will adapt your weekly food intake to create a superfood eating plan that will achieve your health goals.
